By using the service, you authorize MusKent to process information as described in this policy in order to provide commerce automation, product sync, order orchestration, analytics, billing, security, support, and compliance functions.

We may collect and process the following categories of information:

• Account and workspace details, such as name, email address, company, and role.
• Store, marketplace, and connector data, such as products, inventory, orders, fulfillment events, catalog diagnostics, and connection metadata.
• API and automation data, such as prompts, generated workflow structures, execution logs, webhook subscriptions, and usage metadata.
• Billing and subscription data, such as plan, invoices, payment references, and customer support interactions.
• Device, usage, and diagnostics data, such as IP address, browser details, event logs, trace IDs, rate-limit events, system telemetry, and error reports.

• Connect to stores, marketplaces, and third-party APIs that you authorize.
• Sync products, inventory, orders, fulfillment, and operational events.

If you connect Google, TikTok, Meta, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce, or other third-party services, MusKent Commerce OS processes the minimum data needed to provide the features you request, such as connector setup, product sync, order handling, analytics, issue detection, and automation execution.

For Google API Services data, we use data only to provide and improve user-facing features requested by the customer, to maintain security and reliability, and to comply with law. We do not sell Google user data, and we do not use Google API data for advertising.

If a user disconnects a platform account or revokes permissions, we stop using new data from that connection and process retained data according to this policy, your configuration, and applicable legal obligations.

Where applicable, we process personal data on the basis of contract performance, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights, permissions, and notices required to connect stores, marketplaces, customer records, and other data sources to the service.

We may share information with:

• Infrastructure, hosting, analytics, communications, and payment providers.
• Third-party platforms you explicitly connect and authorize through the product.
• Professional advisers, auditors, or acquirers in connection with business operations.
• Law enforcement or regulators where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell personal information in the ordinary course of operating MusKent Commerce OS.

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect the platform, and enforce our agreements.

Users may request account closure, connector disconnection, or data deletion by contacting muskent.tech@gmail.com. We may retain limited records where required for security, billing, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

If a platform reviewer requires deletion instructions, this section and the contact address above are the deletion point of contact for MusKent Commerce OS.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
